This is a brand new duplex in Earlwood. We knocked down the old existing asbestos home and built 2 New quality attached homes. Duration to complete was an approximate 6 month project.
Bellevue Hill
Renovation works to an apartment in Bellevue Hill. Works involved the demolition of an existing bathroom and the constructionof a new bathroom. Stages include carting away of building debris via a lift, plumbing, waterproofing, retiling and fit of of new PC items.
Alteration to an existing kitchen which include, the Supply and fix of new kitchen polyutherane sprayed doors. Works completed for Mgrath real estate in double bay.
Kingsgrove Child Care Centre
This is a branew built commercial business. It involved the knock down of a one storey timber veneer home and the construction of a new DA approved 40 place childcare centre. The centre was built in the manner to caters for 6 months infants and older. The construction was a 4 month process.
Marrickville Child Care Centre
This is a brand new built commercial business. It involved the knock down of a one storey brick house and the construction of a new DA approved 35 place childcare centre. The centre was built in the manner to cater for 2 years and over. This project was a 4 month process.
Forestville
This is the new construction of coverings over an AC unit on a flat roof in Forestville where moisture was getting in to roof beneath. It involved the building on metal stud wall and roof framing followed by blue board sheeting. The joints of the sheeting were completed with a waterproof based compound.
Earlwood
Alterations and additions to a home in Earlwood involved the Supply and fix on render to face brick of entire home. Supply and fix of new paint to entire exterior. Other works involved the construction of merbau hardwood timber slats to front and side fence. The slats followed by a 2 coat staining.
Complete new bathroom and melamine kitchen to home. Ceramic tiles used in bathroom, with a pedestal vanity.
Randwick
The renovation work undertaken involved, the complete new interior designed luxury bathroom. The New bathroom consists of a 2 tone colour Marble tiles. One part chocolate colour whist the other being a more natural cream. The tiles at the edge have been all mitred at a 45 degree whilst butted up at corner a more prestige look.
Other key features include a frameless shower screen, heated towel rail, smart floor wastes which has a laser cut tile inside, C Bus light switch.
Exterior work included the chopping out of damaged render and replacing with new and then applying new exterior paint to match existing.
Roseville
The demolition and removal of existing rusted, leaking klip lock roof metal sheeting and the supply and fix of the new klip lock roof sheeting. The replacing of existing flashing to prevent any other leak.
Malabar
The new construction of a double brick fence with brick piers followed by render, merbau slat work and paint. Stages involved was the demolition of an existing rusted metal fence followed by the construction of a new footing and fence.
The front porch to the entrance to fence was all newly constructed with new terracotta tiles.
Yagoona
The demolition of an existing kitchen and the supply and fix of a new polyutherane kitchen. Stages complete are from beginning to end, all trades.
Surry Hills
Work to be completion including new renovation to bathroom, laundry and kitchen.
Condell Park
Knock down of an asbestos house and a brand new rebuild of 2 new attached quality homes. They consist of open floor living. Second floor 4 bedrooms and a family room.
Redfern
Fitting of dividind walls to staircase inorder to rent out top floor seperately. Fitting of an extra bedroom down stairs. Some downlights and a timber feature wall.
Coogee
The work conducted to this salon shop involves the chipping off of broken patchy render, which has allowed moisture to be absorbed internally. We have placed new render to fix this problem.
Earlwood
Merbau timber slat work to side entrance and rear gate and fence. The slat work is intended as a feature to building it also consists of a centre feature of a rock face tiling piece.
